 2025-2026 LVA Boat Stickers Available Now! Stop in the Office Today
All watercraft are required to be registered with the LVA before use on the lake.

Realtors: Email affidavit requests to office@lakewoodvillageassociation.com.  
The office will present your affidavit to the LVA President for signature and provide a copy for pickup.

Lake Colchester is a private lake maintained by yearly tax assessments.  ONLY Lakewood Homeowners have Rights & Privileges to use Lake Colchester and the LVA common properties.  In 1989, the Lakewood Neighborhood was annexed into Norwalk. The original Lakewood development was started in 1965 around the man-made Lake Colchester.  The south shore of the lake is home to 618 residences. The north Shore is being heavily marketed for future development potential with planning in place for 1,000 plus housing units.
